Ticketing and Emigration: The employer can send the PTA or send the required travel expenses in favor of AMR Overseas Limited for the convenience of traveling of selected workers on time. We get emigration clearance from the concerned government department for the workers.

Ticket Reservation: With the consent of employer, our own IATA authorized travel agency is instructed to reserve the seats for the workers then report to employer to get flight confirmation.

Flight Schedule: Details of the flight of workers will be given to the employer at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the necessary pick-up.
Follow up: Our work does not end after the deployment of workers. We ensure that our workers are received on time by company representatives at the airport. We follow up with our clients to ensure that our workers are employed and match their needs. If there is a crisis situation regarding job layoffs, staff shedding, we consult with both employers and workers to reach a common platform where both parties can win.
Repatriating: If the recruited workers are disqualified due to lack of medical fitness or lack of professional skills in their respective businesses, we usually replace the workers at our own cost or we act in accordance with the agreement made between the parties.
